Well, the original plan of our group was to stay in Puerto Galera but we're on a budget cut. Luckily, me and my group of college friends chanced upon this quiet beach resort last weekend. From Manila, we took a bus ride to Batangas Pier (P166), then boarded on a RoRo to Calapan Pier (P192). From there, we just rented a multi-cab and endured another 3-hour drive.

It's kinda exhausting just to think how long would it take to get there but it was all worth the wait. We were welcomed by insanely blue sky, serene waters, and the gorgeous Mr. Sun! Look at these breathtaking views!
Just be careful when swimming near sea-weed-covered areas because you might find some sea urchin that stings. Yikes!
Some locals also sell starfish for P25-P30. They look so cute but I feel bad for them for being dragged from the sea :(
Good vacation doesn't have to cost a fortune when a place like Bulaklak Beach Resort offers a good deal. We stayed in an air-conditioned room that costs P2000 and can accommodate five persons. An additional fee of P250 per head if there's an excess. Too bad I didn't take pictures of our room :(
Fret not if you're the least beach lover because they also have swimming pools you can frolic into.
